I don't understand why they neglect to clean/powerwash 4th ave sidewalks due to the pandemic. I've called several times and have been told it's going to get done only to be disappointed with lies.

I have being at 4th ave twice in the past week. Experienced several restaurants and bars. Not impressed. The services is not inviting. I worked around this neighborhood about 15 years ago. Much has changed and not for the better. Sad to say. I hope the owners of these restaurants take notice before they lose their business.

I love many of the place on 4th. It’s always hard to come back though after being treated, time and time again, like my business is replaceable. If you want to keep the local flavor of this area, then treat the customers like they’re the most important thing in the world. Like they’re the ones that are keeping you going. Your employees are so rude and putting the customers on the defensive sometimes and it’s hard to take to take that behavior. I don’t know what to say, maybe like “I’m sorry you’re working right now and you’re serving me, and I’m not”...? Cmon get it together 4th Ave!!! The service in the downtown area is amazing, be more like them!
