Had the meatball plate. The meatballs were a little tough in texture (but maybe that might just be became I'm so use to Ikea's softer meatballs - perhaps the way fourtyone serves them might be the more traditional way?) Anyways, the taste was good. Would come again. In fact, I was just getting a new tire on my car a few blocks down and walked to fourtyone today but they were already dark and closed - at 2:45. Not too happy about that...

Went here today for lunch. I think they are only open for lunch, but not sure, anyways, I had the chicken cobb salad, it was fine, but my girlfriend had the grilled salmon over quinoa and asparagus with a lemon dill sauce and it was super yummy. I'm cutting back and probably shouldn't have had the blue cheese or bacon, but it wasn't tons of it and the blue cheese was a good quality. Next time when I don't give a hoot about what i'm eating, I'll try the Poutine or the Swedish Meatballs! Service was fine. Our server was a bright, bouncy young woman and nice enough. The prices were reasonable, our two plates and my soda were 26, and they gave us mini chocolate chip cookies with our check, so I was happy. I'll be back and I'll tell others too.
