Customer service associates were knowledgeable, but the POD transporting system did not carry adequate information to respond to my request, but information was delivered to me when it was available. Content of POD reach destination in as pack condition with minor shift. Delivery personnel were polite and skilled. So easy and great to use! Thank you for a smooth moving experience. Highly recommended!

Mand, his crew were terrific. He called to confirm the night before, four men showed up on time, were professional in every way, got all of our stuff out of our very tiny apartment and into our new home efficiently and with smiles on their faces. They took care of the essential belongings and had terrific attitudes throughout the movie. Must hire them for your moving needs. They will take care of your precious belongings and make sure you get moved to your new home as efficiently as possible.
They made a very stressful time so much easier! They were so friendly and accommodating! They wouldn't let me lift anything and even helped me unload my car. They arrived on time and worked hard to finish the move by my daughter returning home from daycare. We had a large treadmill that was difficult to move, but they worked as a team and got it moved. I could go on and on and on. But simply put, Michael and his team are the best!
