STAY AWAY from Steven James AKA Steven Murry and CA Stone Supply! Do not give this man any of your money!!! He asks for money up front, then doesn't show up, then asks for more money, then still doesn't show, doesn't respond to texts, emails, or phone calls for days at a time. Swears he's honest and professional, but was anything but those things during this whole ordeal. At the moment he still has all of my money (2/3's of the total project cost) and in 3 weeks he has brought over about 30 stones, and built 20' of poor quality, not level, unfinished walkway. Make sure to search the BBB for the name Steven Murry (The owner's previous alias) his current name Steven James and his previous business names: All Around Masonry, Unique Brick Works, and S&N Masonry. It seems once he gets enough bad reviews, he just changes names. His contractor's license is also suspended due to "fraud or deceit in retaining a license." He's also been detailed on Channel 7 News' "7 on your side" several times for taking peoples money and not doing the work, leaving it half done, being non-contactable, etc. Do some research and you will find the same stories over and over from different people throughout the Little Rock area. Google, NextDoor, Facebook, Letgo, etc.

Steven does good work. He goes at it quickly and does what he can to make you happy. He delivered a 100sf wall plus a little extra, in less than a week. I'd recommend him!

Ordered more stone after a successful transaction and this guy stiffed me. No stone and no refund. I've lodged a complaint with the prosecuting attorney and a warrant will soon be sworn out for his arrest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON/COMPANY!
