I contacted McKaylee at Dr Young’s office and she reassured me that Dr Young could help me and got me scheduled right away. Dr Young and his entire staff were very professional and made me feel at ease immediately. Dr. Young was able to fix the damage done by another practitioner in one visit. I recently hosted a Botox party in cache valley. To say the least, a bunch of clients that came in to that party left unhappy. I, along with others decided to go to Dr. Young and his team to be fixed. I expected to be humiliated. I came in embarrassed with an unrecognizable face. The assistant Mckaylee reassured me that Dr. Young would know exactly what to do and I could be fixed. She was so professional, personable and calmed my nerves. When Dr. Young approached my botched face he had so much confidence he could fix what had been done. I also expected him to talk poorly on the dr that had wrecked my face to begin with but he didn’t even mention anything about it. His professionalism was unmatched! I also had to bring my toddler in with me since it was an emergency appointment and they were so nice about it! As I know that can be quite a burden on situations like this! Before I left the office Dr. Young told me if I had any issues to call him OVER THE WEEKEND and he would come in just for me! What kind of doctor offers that? I was floored. He made a follow up appt with me to assure my face was fixed. What turned out as a disaster was fixed so quick by the professional staff at Rocky Mountain Derm. I then told everyone that day to take their money there to be fixed and for now on! I will never ever be going anywhere but Rocky Mountain Dermatology from now on! Definitely recommend these guys! Their entire staff is something you don’t find often. Unbeatable!

My husband went there this summer and none of us will ever go there again. The staff was rude, stuck up, and were not welcoming or nice at all. It was a horrible experience and definitely not worth my husbands time or money.
