**Update 3/1/19: it's now someone decides to reply to a review after 6 years... Well, 6 years ago, MDT cards were loaded here with cash or for 1.50 when using a debit card. I gladly took the fee because I needed to get to campus and it was the closest store I could get to. Until one semester, they decide to say, \the machine is down.\ After repeatedly visiting, that was their excuse. I never went back after that. It still doesn't excuse the unprofessional service I received.** I've been coming here during the spring semester to load my bus card. Its amazing how late these people come to work. Always 15 to 20 minutes late. They have the hours posted in the window, yet they have almost 7 customers waiting outside giving them awful looks when they finally arrive. The manager is very friendly and remembers you every time you come, but the woman working is beyond unprofessional. She had the nerve to ask me why I woke up late because I already missed my bus. I snapped right back and told her, \I was waiting since 8:45a and you come to your own store late? I don't get it..\ Then she went on about how I am young and that I should care for my parents because they won't be here forever. That had nothing to do with them making me late for class! I understand if your boss has a sick parent and you have to be their caretaker, but you could at least hire more people or change your hours. I just took my card back and left. That's when they wanted to start helping me. I just said I was going to get cash back next door at Wal-greens. If I am desperate or stranded, I will probably come back.. I wasn't about to be upset over something they couldn't control. I appreciate the service, but he should hire someone much more respectful.
