On 10/02/2020 we had an incident with First Class Parking. As the valet driver was pulling up with my Range Rover, he damaged one of the rims as he was pulling up to hand me the vehicle. He quickly realized what had happened. The associate took down my information on one of their incident forms and agreed the company would take responsibility for the damages on the rim. Week after week, we would call to follow up. We have left multiple messages with Vivian for Raphael, who are assigned to our case. However, they are never available, nor do they return our calls. At this point, we decided to fix the rim at our expense and our just looking to be reimbursed. It has already been close to 3 months, and they have yet to acknowledge the damage and continue to give us the run around. The company’s lack of respect and consideration of other people’s time is extremely unprofessional as well as their communication skills that are strongly lacking. I would not recommend this company or even utilize them as they will not drive your vehicle responsibly and can damage them. If they do, DO NOT EXPECT ANY RESOLUTIONS OF ANY KIND.

This valet company is extremely unprofessional. They crashed my car, gave it to me without my key and they refused to take care of the damages. I had to call the police and do an incident report to then claim their company. All for a 200 dollar damage. It’s not about the 200 dollars.. it’s about the bad moment they made me go through. I’m giving them a 1 because I had no choice and can’t give a 0(which is what they deserved) It happened in the Hyde hotel on 4th of July weekend. Just be careful.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Stayed in Hollywood Beach this weekend, parked my truck on Friday afternoon and checked out on Sunday morning, never once using my truck. They LOST MY TRUCK AND KEYS!!! They searched for over 1 hour until I finally took it upon my self to search for both. The first search of the key rack, my keys were no where to be found. I walked 5 levels of the valet parking garage and found my truck. Reattempted to search for my keys and they just happened to miraculously appear on the key rack that I had just searched. Come to find out they \put the wrong ticket\ on my truck and keys and gave me another ticket. I'm thinking possibly someone used my vehicle and forgot to return my keys until they saw me making a fuss over it. My 45,000 truck could have been stolen and they didn't even care. Tried to get a refund for parking and was told o they were not able to refund money because it had already been processed; besides what was the issue we found my vehicle and keys and It was my fault I arrived in the evening at such a busy time.\ HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service and people!!!!!!! Better off parking your vehicle and walking miles to your destination than using this company
