What a horrible experience. We witnessed a manager (not wearing a mask btw) curse at a customer who was simply asking the status of their order. It was very unprofessional and trashy the way he spoke to this customer. We got up and left before they even took our order (which took a long time btw). The staff isn't friendly and the outside is dirty with trash everywhere. It's a shame. New management is needed.

Nice place, good food
DO NOT ORDER THE BURGER... unless you like throwing 20 away. It's boring and dry with bland meat. If you read other poor reviews, you'll see the burger mentioned often. On the other hand, my fiancé was very pleased by the Nashville chicken sandwich - and then was shocked when he had a bite of my burger. He left half of it on the plate, which is truly an indictment.
