We met with Brian as we shopped for our first pontoon boat. He was very professional and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions as appropriate. He wasn’t trying to “sell” all the time. He is an expert on the boats and was able to point out some features we would not have known about. I never felt like we were being pressured. He even offered the idea to consign the boat we are selling which was the perfect solution and one we had not thought of. They have a high level of service and were very accommodating on how we could store and take delivery of the boat. Very pleased with this experience.

Loved my experience at North Point, I purchased a 2019 24' Avalon LSZ rear lounger tritoon. I walked in the door knowing very little about pontoon boats other then online research, and considering they can range from 20k-200K it is very over whelming. I worked with Ed Florentino and he walked me through the ins and outs of every model and found the perfect model for me and my family. Ed is a real class act, super knowledgeable, patient, through the process we text back and forth a few times a week with any questions I had or he would send updates, pictures and videos along each step of the way. He kept me in my budget and didnt try to sell me on a whole bunch of stuff I would never use. He really made the whole experience from researching the first day until the day I picked the boat up a lot of fun and stress free. The whole crew at north point; Ed, Brian, Michele and Dave treat you like a friend from the moment you meet them, they are all professional yet personable and made sure every base was covered before I left the lot. Avalon pontoons are gorgeous and packed with a ton of features and I really like that everything is made in house at the Avalon facility. North Point has a huge selection of Avalon's and if your dream boat is not on the lot, they will order one to your specs. Would definitely recommend going to talk with Ed if your in the market for a pontoon and seeing what Avalon is all about!

Being first time pontoon buyers my wife and I looked at many of the area dealers and manufacturers of Pontoon boats. After these visits and revisits it became very clear what brand offered the most boat for the money and user friendly features. We had made a list of layout and options we wanted and found the perfect pontoon at North Point. We spoke with Dave and Brian and found them to know the product they sell and that was refreshing, they just aren't sales people and they went over every inch of the boat and took the time to discuss any questions we asked in detail. After visiting several boat dealers in the area, we were looking for specific options on a new boat that we were having trouble locating. When we went to North Point Water Sports, we found everything we wanted on the first Avalon that we looked at. Problem was we just were not looking to buy until 6 months later due to waiting on the closing of our lake house. We told them that this was the boat we have been dreaming of. The sales guy (BRIAN) called me a couple of days later and offered to hold the boat for me if i was serious. Me and my wife went right over and signed the papers to hold it. The staff there was very gracious and helpful the whole time. We are very pleased with our new Avalon Tritoon. Ask for Brian, he took great care of us.

From my test ride to my cold refreshing beverage offered after the test drive, I never felt pressured or intimidated. Once the boat demonstration was over and the negotiation started I was introduced to Dave.
