I cant say enough good about this company. After 5 years of on and off problems, and countless companies coming out to \fix\ my problems with floor drains that would back up and then go down without any pattern to explain it all. i called service pumping & drain out to my place 1 time, techincally an \emergency\ call that cost me a whopping 50 extra dollars (which to drive a 200k truck to my business within a half hour was dirt cheap) and these guys traced down multiple issues in an afternoon. Their pump driver was able to take an educated guess at my issues within a half hour of arrival, advised me what he would do if it was his place, and he nailed it. second truck with water jet drain/pipe cleaning rig was here within an hour as well. pump driver stayed and those two had found pipe problems, tank compartments that were buried years ago, and had all drains and tanks clean as a whistle by the afternoon. this was no small task, they pumped out 2,000 gallons of solids, jetted 100 feet of pipe, had to use the water jet to break up tank solids they were so bad. They did all this on a friday, after lunchtime. these guys are on a different level, dont waste your time calling anyone else.

We hired them to pump our 2 sewer injector pits out. After another large firm came in and could not clean it properly. I don't want to say the name of the other Company ..... Service Pumping & Drain are the best... We have them scheduled for our yearly maintenance now... Great Company.... Mark
Cheryl was amazing to work with. We had an emergency situation and she was able to get someone out very early and on short notice. Honest and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend and will use again!
I called these people because the company I had used for many years forgot how to treat their customers. I couldn't have been happier with the service from this company!. Dan Drake came out and was very personable and helpful. I so appreciated his professional manner. They gave me a window of service (4 hours) and were prompt and answered my questions. Kim was very empathetic and did her best to schedule my moms pumping as soon as she could. She was efficient and courteous. I recommend them highly.
