I was so frustrated for days over an old account from like 5 years ago. A manager named Ashley went above and beyond to help me get this account deleted so that we could get my mortgage score. She truly changed my opinion of this company, she deserves all the props in the world. She called me and we spoke multiple times a day until it was handled.

I received a call from Angie Boyette she call me and I was no able to talk at the moment because I was working and she was rude , unprofessional , she scream at me she tell me to shut up and I think that people like her don’t have to deal with human at all I talk Joshua the ( manager ) he was useless he tell me that no matter how Angie talk to meet she will be there at the company . I request to know information about what was my debt about I got no answer it is no about paying a debt that it was a lot of years ago is about how a collection company that on way to collect their payment they are unprofessional and unrespecful with a person for that reason I decide to no paid my debt and you guys can continue hurting my credit anyways that is no going to be on my credit because that would go away in a couple of years and I have trusted company that would give me credit and this is no going to stop me
I answered the call from this company which was an unknown number, I don’t normally answer calls like these. For some reason in this case I answered the call and by my surprise it was a good call from a debt collector. The customer service was absolutely great! Questions were answered very professional! All I can say is I had a very good experience with the debt collector. Her name was Jacqueline. She asked questions I gave answers, I asked questions she gave answers. The matter was taken care of soon. I rate this company with five stars for the way I was treated and that was very professional.
Even though this is a collection agency, they treat you with respect and offer your advice and recommendations on how to get rid of your collection account. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helpful and not pushy at all. Thank you
This company is NOT a scam and have very friendly knowledgeable customer service representatives. When I called, I was expecting someone who was going to try to drag me through the mud. Our phone call was the exact opposite. We were laughing and joking throughout the entire 40 minute phone call. I got all my questions answered and we were able to come to a settle amount quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
