We recently adopted through Legacy and had the BEST experience with them! We have adopted 2 children previously through a nationwide agency and while we had a positive experience with them we preferred our adoption through Legacy! From the first orientation meeting with Todd and Tina to walking through post adoption communication with Jordan we have enjoyed working with Legacy! They made us feel cared for and answered all our questions, and their heart for the birth moms that they work with is such a beautiful thing! Legacy Adoption Services was so helpful! I cannot recommend them highly enough. We ran into issues with background checks & name changes with a state background check. April went above & beyond by texting us updates & helping us figure out exactly what to solve the issue. With her help we weren't stressed out or overwhelmed with the process. From the minute we met the owners, Todd and Tina, we knew that Legacy was the agency we had been searching for. Through our entire journey every Legacy employee we encountered has been professional, quick to respond and friendly. More than that, they have supported us emotionally through every up and down. Our counselor, Jordan, was our rock through our matching period and hospital stay. I truly feel we have become part of a family we will spend the rest of our lives in.
