Both our salesman and our installation team did a stellar job. All of our questions were answered and installation was done in the time they quoted, even with COVID delays. The trim looks great, and everything was cleaned up. Professional, fast, with a quality product - we love our windows and will return to Window World in the future.

Window World hired contractors to install windows and doors in our home. The work was done June 4-5. I called our salesperson as soon as the contractors basically ran out of the door. The pictures here are just a small part of all of the issues. The black doors have chipped paint, everywhere there is caulk it is either too much or too little, the wrap is smeared in places, there are nails sticking up, the storm doors don’t lock and one barely closes, they didn’t wrap two of the windows, they didn’t complete a proper threshold for the front door. Maybe the worst part was they didn’t put plastic up to protect our house from the mess and there was a layer of dust and debris covering the kitchen. Our salesperson, Ken, assured me that they would make it right. I sent him the pictures. They sent Tim out to look the next week, we had a scheduler call to schedule the work to fix it. I asked that we were sent the list of what they intend to fix first. We have heard from no one since. I have sent at least 4 emails and we have called and left multiple messages. I have reached out to corporate. No one responds. If we get ahold of a person, they assure us they will look into it and get back to us, then days go by and we hear nothing. So, I’m resorting to posting this review. I want to warn people to not do work with this company.

Window World has been such a great company to work with! They have a great product for a great value! Every step of this process has been easy - working with the sales rep (Marc is the best!), scheduling, instillation, and following up after instillation. We ran into a big issue while installing one door (found extensive rot in the frame of the house) and the team was very responsive. They showed me the problem, talked me through it, helped me understand what to do next and then went above and beyond to make sure my house was sealed and secure while the issue was fixed. I would highly recommend Window World to everyone!

I have worked with Window World multiple times and have had 13 window installed in our house. I have been very happy with all of their work. I especially appreciate our salesperson Brad. He has been nothing but professional and friendly and very easy to work with. I appreciate his knowledge and ability to answer any questions that I have. I also like his professional yet laid back approach to sales. No one likes to be pressured especially when making big purchases. Brad does a great job of giving us all of the information and then giving us time and space to decide what is the best fit for us. I really do appreciate the no hassle approach of Brad style. I would certainly recommend Window World to other customers and ask for Brad to be your sales guy.

The consultation was no pressure, and everything including and after signing the work order was a breeze. Unfortunately, one of the window panes was cracked during install, but the crew informed me before they left that a replacement had already been ordered up and would be installed as soon as it was ready. True to their word, they were back in less than two weeks and our new bay window looks amazing! These guys really went out of their way to make this process as easy and pain free as possible.
