I purchased a 2017 F250 6.7 crew cab truck a few weeks back. When the truck arrived I noticed that the left rear door and right rear quarter had been painted. The paint job was very poor but did not show up in videos nor was it disclosed at the time of purchase. The truck also had two fault messages upon arrival, faulty tire pressure sensor and hill start assist not available, also not disclosed. The engine air as well as the cabin air filters were nearly clogged with dirt. I realize that it is buyer beware, but, it would be professional to be honest with your customers and to not hide issues with a vehicle. I called the salesman and was told \sorry\ which is what I expected. I have a close friend looking for a similar truck and this is one place that I will not recommend.

I bought a van through North Texas Direct and had it shipped to a facility to have it upfitted for my business. I received the van 3 months later and saw there was body damage to the vehicle that was not advertised in the ebay ad. Michael called and apologized and made things right. He kept his word. This is how a car dealership should be ran!
