Purchased a ticket to a concert that has been cancelled due to covid. The artist i was going to see said that the show was not going to be rescheduled. When I emailed the box office to ask them to issue me a refund they said they would get back to me after they talked with accounting. I waited an additional month and hadn’t heard anything from them. I followed up with another email and got more or less the same answer. Yet another month has gone by and i’m out of patience. I tried to call them twice on the phone during business hours and no one answered. i’ve never been one to leave bad reviews for businesses but this is just awful. It feels like they’re just trying to wait me out in hopes i’ll just drop it. i did some digging online and saw several other people having the same exact problem on Better Business Bureau.

Terrible customer service, no management apparently. When I asked for a manager I was told by a girl \there's not really a manager but I'm like here the most\. Great. Doesn't matter that their email doesn't get updated or checked or if you email customer service the messages don't get checked and \probably just get deleted\. And the email is only accessible to the \internet department\. But when I asked to speak to a manager of that department was told, \well it's really like just 1 guy\. Great. Just useless.

Worst customer service ever! After purchasing tickets to a show that needed cancellation by the artist I never received a refund. This is after calling, emailing, and going to the box office in person with them taking my information. I know friends went through the same thing. A 100 purchase that they never honored with the promised refund. Very shady.

Really, really sassy customer service when I was being calm and collected. Continued to pronounce my name wrong and disrespect me after I pronounced it properly multiple times. Kind of ridiculous.
