Horrible customer service and rude people. Bought a blower, tested and found out it is not strong enough. So I returned 1 hour later not for a refund but to buy a bigger and a stronger version. The guy at the counter didn't take it back, making up excuses for some scratches on it. I am a contractor and bought some equipment from them before but this would be the last time. If you don't want any headaches just buy from Lowes or Home Depot or wherever that there is a better service.

I have been working with Dehne since I moved to the area a little over 5 years ago. Their prices are inline with the big box stores. Their service is top notch and they are very honest and knowledgeable about their products. I find them as a well run family business. Yes, they charge for service and I find their prices reasonable. If you spend a little time with them and listen to them you will always learn something about your equipment and how to keep it out of the shop and last longer. Try getting that from a big box store. I was able to recently buy a new Toro snowblower from them without stepping foot in the store. They spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me to find the best snowblower for my needs. It was assembled and delivered the next day at the same price as the big box stores. The gentleman that delivered it gave me a socially distant and masked walk around of the snowblower, answered my questions and made sure it started and functioned before he left.

I'm so disappointed in this company and I feel it is necessary to warn others. We ordered a play set from them over a month ago. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. They never once contacted me to tell me it would be delayed. I've called them multiple times asking for updates and they give me no answers. They eventually just gave me the number for the play set manufacturer to have me call. While Tom was lovely when he sold it to me, his brother has been nothing but rude and awful to work with ever since the purchase was made. I deeply regret giving this company my business. Please don't make the same mistake.

Terrible experience. I sought a repair for a leaf blower and within fifteen seconds, I was abruptly and rudely accused of \blowing out the motor\ due to neglect. I simply walked out and had the leaf blower repaired in ten minutes elsewhere. No way can I recommend this establishment.
