You have about a 20% chance of your order actually being in stock and receiving it within 2 weeks. You have an 80% chance of being told the item is in stock over and over for 4 weeks only to then be told its out of stock with no ETA. It is incomprehensible how an online retailer in the year 2021 can be this bad. I wish I could share my order history page with everyone, it reads like a horror film. Do not be lulled into a false sense of confidence just because a few people, myself included, have a had a good experience with OP (also known as Order Processing). You WILL regret it.

Something has gone off the rails with this company. I recently ordered a 310 red dot optic which was indicated to be in stock. 7 days later and my order remains in \processing\ limbo while the website now shows the optic back ordered for an indefinite period. Calls to support get a useless ambiguous automatic update. What makes me mad is that I opted to buy from this supplier for a lousy 15 savings over what I would have paid at a local gun store. Now I'll have to cancel the order and wait for the charge to be reversed to my card. I've spent over 5000 this year on firearms and firearm related supplies. It will be a cold day before I do business with these guys again. I've removed their bookmarks in my browser and flagged their spam to go to my junk mail folder. It looks like a others are having the same issues based on recent reviews.

Take heed those that are interested in buying from Optics Planet. My experience has been terrible when dealing with them. On their website, they showed a specific item that I wanted to purchase. It showed in stock and put in my cart, OP then sent a bounce back email reminding me it was still in my cart which then motivated me to make the purchase. The day after the transaction, I checked to see if it was shipped and the order was cancelled. On a live chat, they couldn't give me any answers. I also emailed them to get resolution- which they never responded to. I then called customer service and they said it was out of stock. While on the phone, I pulled up their site and the item still shows available. No resolution, no response, no make good. NOTHING. Would not recommend buying from them.

Horrible warehouse and shipping processes. Canceled my order after waiting a week and the item never shipped. Ordered from amazon and was delivered same day. OP needs to step up their game to remain competitive and relevant.

Stay away from this company.ordered a razor electric scooter for my son on December 19/2020.Just got it today 2/21.was supposed to be a birthday gift,if I didn't receive it for Christmas.Neither deadlines were met.Item arrived in original box,which was damaged,and no outer shipping box.was never told it was on backorder,but website said in stock.they take your money,and you can never get in touch with them.they make big sales,and paid shipping a priority over others.I would give 0 stars of I could
