One entrance so keep walking around till you find it. Good luck trying to eat or drink because mask has to be on always. High hotel rates. Get on wait list to play black jack. No shampoo or soap in room have to go back down to check in to get it They don't care there service is bad. Don't waste your time. Better time at homeless shelter

Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The experience was welcoming and pleasant. Although our room showed signs of aging, the cleanliness and service made up the difference. During our stay, my husband lost his iPhone and the staff aided him in his search until he gave up. Then after we left, the housekeeping staff found it. We were contacted and able to return. I definitely would recommend Northern Lights Casino and look forward to their hospitality in my future travels.

Let's start this with it was only worth it because we won some money while we were there. It was supposed to be a honeymoon get away for my wife and I, thinking it was going to be amazing. We had reservations for a jacuzzi king room, that was pretty much a disappointment. The only lights that worked was the bathroom light, the light above the main door and the light on the other side of the room. Only 2 outlets worked, 1 on her side and 1 on the light on my side. You have to request shampoo, soap, conditioner and coffee. The bottles for the bathroom amenities were reused, there should've been foil tabs to remove to use each bottle per covid and normal hygienic guidelines. The jacuzzi was just a big tub, the jets didn't work, the bottom was stained with cigarette burns. The bathroom tub/shower had hair in it before we even tried to use it. There was no hot water the next morning in the shower, sink, or \jacuzzi\. No staff mentioned that there was an elementary school hockey team staying over the weekend when I made reservations or while we were checking in. The waitstaff in the restaurant and the hotel checkin were and short. There were a few employees at the snack bar that were awesome, and a couple at the bar were awesome. The food at the restaurant was sub par in the nicest of ways, the snack bar had better food in quality and in taste than the estaurant\. I would say us being disappointed on a honeymoon would be an understatement. Driving 3 hours to get there, the drive and scenery was the best part. Never will I ever go back there again, not even to go for the day.

Fun smaller casino. No live poker room right now (covid) but nice blackjack and ultimate poker tables, and a large variety of slots.

We up with family for the Charlie Pride concert. The happy hour draft beer was very reasonable price. We stopped at the snack bar and the fruit cup was a great price for the amount and fresh taste. The burgers and fries were good according to the family. The concert was fantastic.
