Tina and Vinny were very responsive and professional leading up to the install date. They were even able to adjust schedules on the fly because of a delayed shipment of the electric car charger hardware. JT was super helpful on the day of the install and very communicative. He even had to adjust his plans on the fly because we had the hard-wired equipment and not the plug-in option and he was able to run out to Home Depot and get the equipment needed to complete the install. Electric car charger is all set up, looks great, and is in use thanks to JT and the team!
Anxiously awaiting on my Red 2020 Tesla Model Y Performance with PUP - But Wait! I need my Tesla 240-volt Wall Charger installed! I heard the electricians at Northern Lights Electric are well-qualified and experienced in installing the Tesla Wall Chargers! I contacted Vin and sent him some photos of where I'd like the charger installed at my townhouse and he did the rest! I'm very pleased with the installation and it looks AWESOME especially with the IPE plank! Highly Recommend - Thanks Vin
Very happy with the service from Northern Lights. I didn’t catch the technicians name, but he was very pleasant and professional and the job got done right. We will definitely use them again for any electric jobs we have and would recommend them to others.
The job was fine but expensive. One thing that was super annoying - without asking, they put multiple company promotional stickers on all of the fuse boxes. Cheesy.

Disappointed to have to post this, We’ve used Northern lights for several years. However, unfortunately our recent experience was not ideal. They sent a newer guy and the owner called “mid job” to raise the price because it was taking longer than anticipated.... literally while the electrician was on the ladder. The service person was fine and ultimately I was happy with the installation when job when it was finished. While a higher price was not really the issue; the way it was handled was, in my view, unprofessional.... particular since i actually helped the person they sent and because I was a serial repeat customer. Disappointing experience. We have moved on to another electrician
