Several years ago I bought a ONE OF A KIND cenat doll from Renee for 2500.00. This is one of the 8 dolls I've purchased from her. Over the years I have spent close to 14,000.00 on dolls from Best Friends. Last year one of the 4 cernat dolls palms started turning white and the fingers falling off. All these dolls are kept in the same environmental conditions . A cool room with little light. Long story short Renee does not want to take any responsibility for repairing the doll. And apparently the maker of the doll Odile Segui is AWOL. Cant be found. I would not buy any dolls from Best Friends.
