This is the only gym that I have ever looked forward to going to. The staff are very friendly and have always made me feel welcome. The team training classes are awesome (especially boxing) and the personal trainers are great. I’ve worked with three different trainers at various times, and they all have been very motivating and helpful. I love the smaller, women only vibe and I feel the environment is very warm and positive. This place feels like a spa, with a lovely locker room, sauna and light room. There is no way I’ll ever go back to big box, corporate, co ed fitness.

The staff made me feel completely comfortable in an environment I'm not accustomed to. HUGE space, a lot of new machines!!

Just enjoyed a stellar massage, safely with masks. Love my gym.

This is a terrible gym to actually workout in. The classes here are extremely easy and the majority of people are either sitting around talking or older people doing mobility exercises. No hate on mobility but the constant sitting on machines and talking were annoying. All of this would be totally fine just slightly annoying but the real problem is the personal trainers - they are horribly rude. I was there for a month and every single time I went to the gym a trainer would take the equipment I was using or come sit or put their papers on the box or machine I was using. Once while I was literally jumping on a box the angry blond trainer put her clipboard down in front of me and told me to move then proceeded to Not even use the box. And I don’t have a problem with sharing! But this wasn’t sharing this was just rudeness for the sake of proving they owned the place. There were identical pieces of equipment being unused they could have had. I was literally never able to finish a workout without having to move for them - often multiple times in an hour workout. If you’re here for the saunas and the yoga it’s chill the facilities are very nice but if your goal is to get a workout in I would just go to a 24 hour it’s cheaper and the people working there are much nicer.
