Been on the river several times, every time picking different provider. KWA has the best service and equipment this year (2020), Shaded parking, new kayaks and canoes with back support. To be honest there was less people enjoying the river than usual due to covid. Regardless - fast check-in, staff is very supportive with setting you up. No need to carry rented equipment to the river, all is waiting for you on the water by little wooden deck, just to jump in and go. Scenery and rock formations are beautiful. Water levels - full flow. After Bridge#5 most people quit and the river becomes very quiet, just birds.

We rented 3 kayaks on a Wednesday. We did not have a reservation, but they were very accommodating. They staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle back was very fast. The entire trip was amazing!
We had a great experience! The staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. The service was excellent. The kayaks were new and well equipped and maintained. The river is beautiful! Bring sun screen and bug spray.
Went to go tubing with a group of 9 and two of them had their own tubes and they charged us 20 to bring OUR own tubes down the river just to haul our 7 tubes back plus the two. Definitely will not go through them again.
Due to high levels on the Wisconsin I had to change plans to another river for canoe camping last minute, well day of. Shaun was fantastic on giving me info on the river and suggestions for places to camp and things to see. We ended up camping on his property Friday night, and he shuttled myself and my car to the end of the river where we planned on getting out. FANTASTIC Service. His crew was super helpful. Having rafted and canoed many places, this place stands out for service, cleanliness (which is huge), quality and organization. Such a professional group. I would not hesitate to send any size group there and would come back again. Thank you again for being accommodating last minute and giving us such a great start to our camping canoeing adventure weekend.
