Great customer service! Sandra came to my house multiple times to support my decision process; very professional and not pushy. Her installer was detail oriented and fast! We had a minor issue with 2 shades and replacements were ordered and installed without issue. I will definitely work with Sandra again as we start new projects in our home!!

She has decorated 5 different homes for me in the past 19 years. One of the homes being across the country. She understands your style and her workroom does a outstanding job. Sandra is always ready to get information to you and is on top of orders. She delivers quickly. I will continue to use Laura's Draperies regardless of wear I live. When you develop a relationship with your decorator for a long time, she automatically knows what you want and what you are looking for. I highly recommend Laura's Draperies. We bought drapes from Laura's years ago. We needed some repairs done after almost ten years. we received excellent same day service without any hassle. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I will recommend them anytime.
