As a new mom, I love that a place like Over the Moon exists! It's a great community to meet other moms and babies, and has really helped me navigate this first year. The New Mom groups were great to meet new friends and share experiences. The Breastfeeding Group has also been great to help with feeding issues, and to feel connected to other women on the same journey. As my son gets older, I'm excited to enroll him in additional classes!

I’m not sure how I found the virtual new moms group, but I’m glad I did! Margaret was great. She helped create a sense of calm and control during a very crazy time (new parent, new pandemic, etc) all while helping teach me about my new baby and helping to usher myself and the others in the group into the adventure that is parenthood.

Over the Moon saved me during BOTH my maternity leaves. I feel so lucky to have found it when I had my son, and I spent almost every day at OTM while on leave - from the lactation group, to the new moms group (first and second time mom groups!) barre classes, yoga classes, enrichment programs for babies and toddlers, and zumbini - we have literally done it all. Every program at OTM is planned with such intention and care, and the people who work there are some of the most genuine and caring people I've met who truly want the best for both you and your baby(ies). Sue, the Lactation Consultant is truly one of the best, most knowledgeable and down to earth Lactation Consultants I've ever worked with, Margaret who runs the center is incredibly genuine and has some of the best (informed!) wisdom about raising babies, Leigh who helps run the center is so friendly and always remembers you and your babies names - and everyone leading the programs has the credentials and personalities to structure some of the best enrichment programs around. I could not offer higher praises for OTM, I could go on and on. I recommended it to ANYONE who is pregnant, or has a baby or young child. It was (and is) my saving grace and I owe so much to everyone there!

I was very much looking forward to our time here. We put down our nonrefundable registration fee for our toddler last winter, long before the pandemic for a playgroup this fall. Needless to say we are not comfortable having a two year old in a playgroup during a pandemic (we all have asthma). We asked if the fee could be applied to a future group when the pandemic was over and the answer was a resounding no. It is a nonrefundable fee, and we knew that going into this, but just know that even given a global pandemic where children are potentially at risk, no exceptions will be made and you will lose 150.
