I was unaware of them "new" procedures as to check in and that it was not a "walk in" service anymore. No wonder our Emergency rooms have been way over filled because of the lack of ease of service. I do not wish to disclose my reason for trying to obtain service but I will say that an Urgent Care was the appropriate level of care I needed today. I am really disappointed in this. So my choice was bother ER with something not life threatening, painful but....not something that needed emergent intervention. Or stay in pain until can get appointment. Shame on you.

Nothing but good things to say. I thought I was having a mild allergic reaction/infection? And they were able to work me in on a busy Saturday. They actually took me 1 1/2 hours BEFORE my appointment. Which was great! Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the doctor were very nice and empathic and knowledgeable. If you need to go to an urgent care, I highly recommend this location.

Staff was wonderful. However, website states they have lab facilities which is not true. This office is good if you don't require much more than a bandaid. I didn't know anymore when I left than I did when I arrived.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I live in NJ but am in NC often to help with my grandsons. I always wind up there because my allergies always get bad when I visit. I never have any problems. Wish urgent cares at home were like yours.
