Friendly staff quick with service appointments professional. Didn't try to overcharged me for hoursnif service performed. Had them install a new battery they got the job done and I was only charged for an half hour if service time.

Went in for first service on vehicle since purchase. Service was great up until the time of check. Service (cashier) Kathy was very rude from the time she came and got me from waiting area to check out. Never greeted with a hello, then was annoyed because I asked her what services were done on my vehicle. Spoke with Manager and he did apologize. I understand people have bad days, but this behavior was very unprofessional to say the least, maybe customer service isn’t a priority for this place, but it goes along way with the consumer. Just expected more from a luxury car dealership.
