Gina at nutrition whole health solution, has transformed my health. From childhood I have suffered from cankers/ulcers. I was told by numerous doctors dentists and immune specialist that I had an immune disorder and that there was nothing I could do. I consistently for 30 years suffered from the pain of ulcers. When I met Gina she not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but thoroughly tested me. She set me up with a health plan protocol. Within 3 weeks I was canker/ ulcer free. I'm now going on 2 years with no cankers and I couldn't be more grateful. Since I've had such a great response I've sent numerous clients to Gina and seeing their health transformation as well has been amazing. Gina is not only great at what she does, But she's empathetic as well. She makes you feel like she's on the journey with you to better health. NWHS is unlike other wellness facilities in that they take a holistic and whole body and mind approach to wellness. Working with Ashley Y, now only were we able to discuss my diet and identify areas for improvements but also identify how I *felt* after eating certain things, which has entirely changed my relationship with food. We also worked together to introduce high quality supplements which are such an important part of my routine now and have helped me so much (shout-out to collagen peptides, life changing stuff!). I have also discovered SO many new delicious and healthy snacks which have helped me stay on track and enjoy what I love in a healthy way (peep their lobby!). The staff is friendly and you feel so taken care of when you're there. You won't regret this investment in your health!
