After rescheduling reexamination, officer on the phone told me that he’ll be in the office every Tuesday. When I came next Tuesday he wasn’t there and other officers refused to help me and told me that he is not working on Tuesday. However I faxed and had a copy of missing receipt on me. I believe this place desperately in need of staff reevaluation and digital upgrade so less hard workers get suffered from the service.

Al the hype with skipping the line, come to Express DMV. They were not able to renew my registration for my motorcycle, even after I explained to them the special circumstance with my registration. They could not even call me to tell me that they are not capable of doing this for me. I had to call them to find the answer. SMH. Please don't use this service, There is a service fee on top of the regular DMV fees.
should be called SALVAGE VEHICLE EXAMINATION OFFICE of NYS because after completing salvage exam you still have to go to a DMV office to register the vehicle
This location is NOT an actual DMV , It is a place to reclaim salvage vehicles , you can not do anything regarding licenses, plates or registrations . Wasted an hour coming down here
