I wish there was an option for no stars. We rented a UHaul online, we needed a 26 foot truck for our move. According to the website this location offered some kind of scan and unlock. Which wasn’t the case. Uhaul is by far the worst company and I’ve never had anything but issues with them and the people in business with them. We did call Uhaul to voice our complaint and their solution was to make us drive a whole new location and get a smaller truck. They need to figure out their joke of a website. Make sure they correctly have the right inventory on their page and the right locations and information the service provides. To make matters worse, we had to find another truck from another company which was further away and also way more expensive. By the time we got home from this huge fiasco that kept us away longer, our dog managed to take off his cone, his bandage on his foot, and pop the stitches. So I now have to take him back to the vet which isn’t cheap.

Never again will I use this company. They are always rude and this time was no different. To many other hauling companies then to deal with that. My pocketbook opens up and helps pay those paychecks, I'll take my money elsewhere.
