Paid 500 for shipping, insurance & \professional\ packing for two boxes to NY. Boxes arrived late, separately, and both items were damaged in transit. After waiting months, and MULTIPLE contact made on my behalf on an answer from insurance, it eventually came to be the fault of the packer - pony express. I had already paid out of pocket for a replacement for my customer and you would think the company that supposedly had you covered would compensate you. Nope. I got led on for almost a year by the manager then the owner. Made false claims of refunds, completely unprofessional, over priced and useless company. Avoid at ALL costs. They mark up Fed Ex fees 40% just because they're printing out a packing slip and having it picked up from there. You can do this at home. Don't waste your time with this mob.

The two women in there were life savers! I shipped my goldfish to my new home and they were incredibly helpful in making sure I found an appropriate way to send them. Both my fish arrived alive and happy!
