Horrible customer service spoke to Tasha who couldn’t get more ghetto then they come. Absolute scam of a gym. Makes it so easy to sign up and wants to make sure you have to jump through hoops to cancel membership. Never again. It’s been covid for a year plus and they charged a membership fee for people not even using the gym going on the second year now. Very unprofessional and just a money hungry gym looking to come up off people not paying attention to their bank accounts

What's a point of having to wear a mask if guest can't follow the rules the whole point of wearing mask is to cover up to you're nose not to have it under you're nose and not wearing them at all! What's so hard about following the rules!
