Definitely the best supplement store I’ve been to in the Midwest. They have tons of products to choose from and also bring in new ones. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store to new and experienced lifters.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff! Very interactive with customers, and very well versed in all their product lines. The employees use personal testimony to inform buyers of the products, and give them suggestions. All of their employees have terrific customer service! PHQ also carries a vast selection of products of all kinds. I love this place!

I've been going here since they first opened in Oak Lawn years ago! It's awesome to see the physical evolution and brand evolution of this company as well as them just spreading out into 3 other locations (total of 4)! Every brand and product in the store has been endorsed by the owner and his colleagues. So when you walk in, the person that is on staff knows every product and can tell you what is the best match for your goals and for your price range! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly people. If I can give more stores, I would. Totally beats out Capital Nutrition, GNC, and Vitamin Shoppe
