Best company to work for treating you like a person not a number on a clock owner treating you like he would won't. To be treated very good religious man

Was employed here for 2 months before finding an other job. Machines are constantly broken or leaking coolant, you do more janitorial work than machining, OCHA would have a meltdown if they visited this facility recently. Supervisors attempt to micromanage, so know your job duties ahead of time unless you want to be helping a favored team member while falling behind on your own task. Incompetent all around.
