I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for my reading. To be honest I was completely blown away by all of his ratings, so I took the plunge. I was not disappointed. Barry was very thorough in my life reading. The things he interpreted in my chart was an accurate reflection of past events in my life and my personality. It's really quite incredible how in-depth Vedic readings are vs. Western Tropical. I am grateful for doing the reading and for the insights I gained into bringing awareness to the parts of myself that I easily overlook. I had the pleasure of having a Life Reading with Barry Friedman. For some time now, I have been thinking about going to a Vedic Astrologer and because of Barry's professional background, his psychological training combined with his extensive years of Vedic astrological study, I knew he would be the right one. What can I say.... It was an astonishingly beautiful experience. Barry provided me with the most insightful analysis of my chart. His description of my personality and past experiences were spot-on. It almost felt like he had known me for a long time. One of Barry's gifts is he is able to present the predictions with surgical precision and yet with compassion. There were negative aspects to my horoscope that Barry presented it with complete honesty, but his deep empathy for the human condition really helped me accept the message. I truly appreciate his conscientious generosity of spirit. Our session was scheduled for an earlier date, but I had a medical emergency. Barry was extremely understanding and scheduled it for another day--no questions asked. During the session, we ran over time--Barry took extra time to make sure we went over all the points. Since my life over the last year brought many difficult and rare health challenges resulting in my need to retire early move from a home I loved, I thought it might be important to get a Vedic astrology reading. I was so happy to have found Barry's website, especially after reading his bio and learning about his background. I've been deeply focused on the spiritual path for over 30 years now, and found his reading strongly supported the journey I have made thus far, as well as shined a light on what my time ahead might look like. I realized when I woke up the next morning that a new sense of joy and contentment was filling me.
