They may be the worst staffing agency on the planet! They do not return call and treat you as if you are nonexistent and we will only return calls when they need you. Do not deal with Sarah at the Oakland office. She will not, under any circumstances, return calls. Very rude and unprofessional! Run!

I have been with MSN , which is a Cross Country affiliate, for almost two years and I will say that they do provide work, but the payment process is always late or misplaced. I haven't ever had a pay period that was delivered when it was supposed to be and to top it all no one contacts you regarding any issues until after several emails or phone calls then it's priority for them.
