After a hiatus of patronizing the shop and moving away only to return the East Bay I learned today a few years ago (4) the shop moved to another location but the customer service and friendly atmosphere remains the same! As always my Andis clippers were fixed in no time. Thank you!!

I've been coming to this shop for about 2 years now and they are LITERALLY the best and most knowledgeable in the game. Super helpful. Great customer service.
Just visited them after 4 years, they were as warm and friendly as ever. Helped me resolve a simple problem with my clippers and didn't charge me for the services. The education they also offered was critical to avoid the problem in the future.
