I have been waiting a few years to finally get my hands on a refill of the Jamaican Jerk seasoning. I love to cook and I noticed spices from some of the large manufacturers are stale and go stale very quickly. I had been looking for better quality spices. The variety of herbs, salts, and spices that Oaktown carries is amazing. I ordered some Moroccan and Cajun spices and was very happy that recipe cards were included in my mail-order. I can't wait to make some dishes.

My first visit and only purchased some peppercorns. They have 5 varieties. Store was highly recommended by a foodie friend. I will return after Covid restrictions so I can browse their selection.

What a great addition to Solano Ave, it was my first visit to this location, and just by opening the door I could sense that it was the right place to explore the many cooking possibilities. I got the Persian lime curry rub, and I used in a roasted chicken and in a leg of lamb, just the perfect combination of flavors. The people in the store were great offering suggestions and recipes. It will be one of my stops in my yearly visit to the Bay Area. Thank you
