I had a hitch and wiring harness installed and it went off without a hitch. The installer did a great job and the equipment is top notch. Very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone needing a hitch.

Got here at opening time on a Sunday morning. Have a reservation for a tow dolly. There’s only one person working here and the line is out the door. Been here 1.5 hours and line is barely moving. This is not the fault of the employee, she’s doing her best and has a great attitude about the situation, as good as can be expected! Note to owners/management: hire, train and schedule appropriately to run your business! Give this lady a raise. I will make a point of avoiding this location in the future.

What a bunch of idiots! I talk to them on Tuesday and they tell me they have plenty of storage, go in on Friday and they say the don’t have anything available. Maybe I called the wrong storage place. I am like is this your number? Yes. The problem is you cannot speak with someone in the store because it goes right to U-Haul voice prompt hell
