Very nice neighborhood, maintenance is great, managers very nice unfortunately it does flood. Mobile homes are high enough not to worry but vehicles unfortunately not so lucky....

Has a pool area for residents and playground for kids. Was clean. Streets well paved. A bit close to each other but well taken care of.
