Obstacle athletics is amazing because when ever you need help they help you immediately and they cheer for you when you FINALLY get/make/complete an obstacle they make you not bored because your not always practicing your actually practicing for the next competition they make it fun to compete against others they make it fun to do everything at obstacle athletics personaly it’s my favorite place to go!!
Great gym to work out and have fun, with so many obstacles i could stay in there for hours.
It's not just a gym, it's a family. I have been a member here since 2018. Started as a couch potato, after having lost a bunch of weight. And last fall, I came in 3rd place in my age group at a Spartan Race! The thing I love most is the atmosphere - no matter your fitness level, you will be supported and respected - as long as you try. There is also so much fun stuff to do, and the staff and workouts have great variety. Finally, it's pretty cool that a parent can take the same class as their kid, and not just watch - check out the ninja classes! Don't second-guess yourself - come and try it out - you too can \overcome anything\, like the motto says.
Had a great time! Went with my boyfriend for open gym and did obstacle course. Everyone was super nice. They even sang happy bday to a little girl, who was killing the course btw, while we were there (she got a cupcake and a tshirt). Will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone.
