Hands down the best customer service and tack quality around! The halter I ordered was having a difficult time getting shipped, due to winter weather. I got notified directly from Albright to assist me in getting the halter from the postal service. When I went to pick up the halter, I was not expecting to receive what I did. This halter is absolutely gorgeous and VERY well made! I will not buy halters from another place! This will be my to go place for leather goods. I am so excited to gift this halter to a little girl who has no idea she is about to become a first time horse owner. She has been wanting a horse since age 5. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great customer service and the excellent quality in the product. I’ve been a customer for a few years, i prefer these halters over any you can get in a catalog because THEY FIT. The leather is soft and supple and they hold up really well. Albright’s has been great about working with me on custom sizing because i like a well-fitted halter and i have Arab crosses with smaller heads than the average horse. I will always recommend albrights to friends. We also use them for custom leather dog collars, which i also love.

I ordered 38 neck bands for the horses at our ranch. They came in a timely matter and were perfect. Also I sent one back that a horse had damaged and it came back repaired in a quick timely matter. I have had to order replacements due to a horse losing a band and again it came quickly. Ther service and quality is great!
