it's a cozy house and neighborhood you can walk anywhere really. the market is nice though very limited of you need groceries go to ocean shores down town. they have a nice. cozy bristo but you will have a semi wait. seating is limited but you can do take out. there is a good 15 minute walk to the bay.ypu will get an excellent workout. We stayed here during the off season. The condo (#207) was great. It had a spacious floor plan that made it feel huge. The kitchen was big enough for 6-8 adults to be working comfortably, the dining area (seated 8 at the table) and the living room were a good size too. The master had a king size bed, chair, dresser and plenty of room to walk around in. The 2nd bedroom had a queen and a spacious closet. It had a balcony with a gas bbq. It was very clean and well furnished. We will be staying at the Oyhut village again. If all the rentals were as nice as the one we stayed in this time I can't wait for our next stay! Also If you price compare with Seabrook, Oyhut is a must! Edit, my wife booked this through airbnb and a few days after we got home she got invited to write a review because we had one written about us. She did and then was able to read the review written about her. We were accused of bringing dogs and leaving the condo messy. We have dogs but they were not brought with us, and we cleaned the condo per the instructions that were left. I'm not sure if the maids were unhappy that we didn't leave a tip or having a bad day but we didn't appreciate being called liars. My wife corresponded with air bnb a couple times to try and have the review taken down but they said they wouldn't because it didn't break any of their rules, so now we have a one star rating with them even though we did nothing wrong. My review of oyhut stands we had a great time while we were there but make sure you left the place cleaner than when you got there or you also could have a one star rating!
Very nice quiet area. I haven t rented here yet but will have to try it out. Nice and clean.
So far it is great. Pictures of the condo show off the place. Every thing I'd expect in a resort.
Actually I visited the Oyhut Bistro, and what an amazing place it is. I had the Filet and My Wife had the Eggplant Parmesan. This is really a hidden gem. I rank it as one of the 10 most places that you should eat at in your lifetime ! From the IPA that I got when I first arrived, to the salad, and the Filet, and the fine Burgundy wine that I had with it, and last but not least I had a Marionberry filled deep fried cheesecake. Absolutely Delicious and Veronica our Server was Absolutely Top Notch. It's a little bit off of the path, but well worth the journey. Also a bit pricey, but very much worth it. Bon Appetit ! W
