I originally ordered the Chrysler limo for a lower rate & did me a free upgrade for the Escalade limo. without even telling me only to find out when it arrived at the wedding. It was a real surprise & truly appreciate it The costmer service was a quick n smooth process. Quick tip: make sure to get the number of the driver. Thanks again diamond

Great prices, great service. I rented the new g wagon limo and was the first one in the state of New Jersey to use it. We loved it. They kept in touch with me the whole time it was being built and it was done in time for me to use it. The ladies in the office are really nice and they answered all of my calls and responded to all of my emails right away. The driver that picked us up was well dressed and arrived on time with a nice clean limo. He did everything he could to make sure our use of the limo was great. He wasn’t rude or in a rush like some of these drivers we had dealt with. We actually laughed and joked around during our stops. He’s a really nice/cool guy. I would definitely recommend this company to others and definitely will be booking with you guys again.(I will also need the same driver) Thanks again for the great service.
Is covid-19 I have put a deposit down for an event in March of 2020 unfortunately everything close do to covid-19 I spoke to a lady named Erica and when she refused to give me back my deposit I was surprised. Mind you I had been dealing with this same limousine company for years,even referred people too them.All for this women name Erica to refuse to give me back my deposit. I am seeking a lawyer this is very stressful and I have a family to feed and after I do this I will never deal with this company again
I love this limo company. Any event that I have, I always use this company. I just recently had an event in which I had ordered the ghost because I wanted my guests to have a great experience. Beautiful limo. However, it had to be switched so Jenny explained to me what happened and changed it to the limo bus with no hesitation which was amazing. Everyone on board loved it. Clean and elegant. The driver was amazing. He was professional and understanding. I will definitely do business with them again. Great job! Great service! 5 stars all across the board.
Although we had made a reservation with a company and put our deposit down, the driver pulled over in the middle of the road and demanded we paid him 800 in cash otherwise he's not moving. We asked if he could provide us with a receipt and he said no. We asked if we could generate a written receipt for him to sign and he agreed. We then asked him for an ID so we can be comfortable with whom we are getting into a contract with and he said no he doesn't have one. Aside from all that drama, the limo is quite tacky, dirty, dingy and it has gnats everywhere. The windows are not working. Please do not book them. They will ruin your day. It took us 2 hours to resolve the issue. NYPD came and helped us to explain to him that we are not at fault and he needed to take us to our destination. He eventually agreed to sign the contract we generated and provide us with his ID after we gave him the 800. Our drivers name is Xavier. We got on the limo and 10 minutes later he made another stop. Another 5 minutes after that the driver, Xavier made another stop again and this time he asked for 2000 or we are not moving because I gave them a bad review. He even threatened to call the police on us. We got in the vehicle at 9:15. It is now 11:12 and we are now heading back home. They are a scam company. I have never been so upset. If you dont want a bad review them don't provide a terrible service. I wish i could leave less than 1 star review. The company lacks accountability and they are ok with that. The owner of the company then calls the celebrant and began yelling and claiming he will said he's sue her. And for a final insult , he stops on Queens Blvd and Jacobus Street and told us all to get out and he wont take us back to our home. We made a total of 4.
