The recycle service driver for Camp Pendleton is by far the worst driver ever. How is it that the trash man pick up my trash no problem but the recycle driver does not pick my recycles up even though my recycle can is right next to my trash can. You have so many negative complaints against this driver, why have you not reassigned him to a different route. This has gone on for two weeks in a row. Something needs to be done. The driver literally skips three green cans and uses our cul-de-sac as merely a turn around spot. I spoke with our trash driver and he noticed me that there should be no reason he was not picking up our cans because they are easily accessible.
Great customer service. I have called them only two times in the last 10 years that my wife and I have owned our house and they have been great! I just spoke with Britney and she was helpful, professional and took care of my issue.
This is how they damaged the landscape. I called customer service twice they said someone should call back. Still waiting
