Called today for my medical records, the lady on the phone was so rude! She interrupted me and told me when sandy can get to it she will. And why do I have to sign a release form for my own records? I would be standing there! I paid 50 every visit! This place is awful! I wish I could give them -5 stars!!!!

So disappointing. I called yesterday for an appointment and it was all set up and then they forgot. Called about it and they hung up the phone with me. The staff treats you like garbage. No one smiles or is kind. I am treated like a child over the phone... this place is not clean on the inside.

Excellent medical customer service. Tracy Lowry listens AND hears you. Monika & Jonathan were a treat too. Tracy is the most thorough multitasking help you can get. Aside from that? They have a psychiatrist, a psychologist & LPC, IN HOUSE. Lab, in house as well as PT, OT etc. Amazing in this day & age!
