I purchased a new BBQ island from Paradise Grills Direct, Inc. Less than 1 year ago with I noticed that there were quite a number of defects and poor workmanship. The new fridge is rusting (has a 5 year warranty), the frame itself is rusting and sagging, the rust from the frame is so severe that it’s cutting they the stucco, the integrity of the frame is severely compromised, tiles are loose, stucco is stained from tiles and frame rust running down stucco. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been contacting the company and have spoken to countless people, Melissa, Brandon, Annie, Marielys, and Claudia. I’ve been advised it’s covered and someone will contact me to schedule a field inspection but no one calls and I keep getting the run around each time I call the company. I’ve been asked to send in photos which I’ve complied with their request and still no resolution. Really poor customer experience and service. Their representatives will misrepresent facts to get you off the phone.

I bought an outdoor bar and grill 5 years ago At the New York State Fair and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. My initial experience with the sales man was fine and the set up crew was good. The first year with the bar and grill was fine but after that it went downhill. Due to NY snow the bar and grill doesn’t get used and is covered for the winter months. Every year I open up the bar and grill i have new issues, it’s literally falling apart. I’ve called to have someone repair the bar within the first year but they did not do a good job on the repairs. Also because they are out of state they don’t come and do the repairs unless they have a delivery in your area. The repairs that they did do took almost 2 1/2 months before they came to take a look at it. The tiles on the top of the bar are literally coming up and the sealer in between the tiles is cracking apart. The tiles on the front wall of the bar have fallen off and broke into pieces. At this point I feel like it was money wasted and I would not have bought it had I known this was going to happen. I now have to call a local company and see if the can do the repairs and pay for it out of pocket since it’s been over a year and the tile damage is not covered. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point.

Saw these guys set up at a Boat Show in North Charleston, SC. Amazing set up, the sales reps were very friendly and the bars looked phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to spice up their own living space
