As in the past the customer service at A3 is outstanding. This past weekend I was trying to order a new tech suit for my 12 year old. On a Saturday night I sent a message to A3 asking how to use a credit I had. I was shocked to receive a text response on Sunday from Elle who was able to assist me with that. Then I started asking her questions about the sizing on the Nova vs the Legend, the suit my daughter had previously. Elle answered all my questions and provided guidance for sizing. The suit arrived yesterday, it fits perfectly and my daughter is excited to wear it this weekend. Thank you Elle and A3 for providing both a great product and customer service!

My daughter had worn TYR and Speedo brand tech suits in the past but wasn’t crazy about the fit or performance. We decided to try A3 and have been so impressed. I inquired online about the fit and Elle from A3 responded quickly and was so helpful with figuring her size. The suit arrived nearly the next day, and my daughter absolutely loves the fit. A3 company is beyond top notch. They went all out helping me to correct a problem that was not directly their fault. Amazing customer service and support. Their product is definitely everything they advertise as well. Instantly helping with some muscle and joint pain (tennis/golf elbow) through my swims. I will be using the product as long as possible, and then buying again. So should anyone who reads this.
Elle Meinholz did a fantastic job helping me place a rush order, advising me on the shipping I should use to get the deliver time I needed. AND when I realize I forgot an item, went above and beyond to get that item in my original shipment so I did not have to pay extra shipping. A3’s customer service is solid gold! They always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! Have purchased multiple tech suits from them in recent years and have been very happy with every single purchase! Needed an emergency suit overnighted and they not only got it here in time, they texted to check and make sure all was good!! Will always order from A3!
