I cannot say enough good things about this Patient First. They work efficiently and see you in a timely fashion after you arrive. The rooms are always clean and the entire staff take COVID-19 protocols seriously. The PAs and doctors are fantastic. Every time I have gone in they have addressed my problem and made me comfortable. They keep in excellent contact with your PCP so that continuity of care is not an issue. I have an immune deficient son who needed the flu shot. They took extra steps to ensure that he did not come in contact with other patients and that he could safely get the shot. I have full confidence in this facility and will continue to go here for all urgent care needs.

The doc was good but let me tell you about the rest. Came in and checked in and the lady up front was super rude and disrespectful. Almost made me leave but I was in there late at night and just wanted to get it over with. X-ray, nurse and doctor was nice and well mannered but the receptionist up front is horrible. Also having one doctor on duty is a horrible idea. There was literally about a dozen people waiting to be seen and wait times was over 2 hours. Come on now for a private clinic you guys need to get it together.

My overall experience was great! I waited about 10 minutes and then I was called back. Everything I experience from then was great. The staff was friendly as well.
