From the time we walked in the store tell the time we left the customer service was amazing. NICK was the person that helped us we were not sure what type of laptop to get. Once we told NICK what we were looking for he was very knowable and walked out purchasing a laptop that we new would take care of all of r needs. Thank you very much office depot for having such a amazing and helpful staff.
They had the paper I needed, but it was the last few boxes of the sale item, so a little dinged up. The staff is helpful/nice. The location is odd because there is a fitness center above, and so there is constant noise from dropping weights.
The staff is usually nice when you can find them! The only problem is they never seem to know where their product is, you're better off finding it yourself. I love their clearance. Loud inside, might make you jump if not used to it (from the warehouse).
This is the worst Office Depot. They sometimes have what I want, but the staff are grumpy, and seem to speak impatiently with each other. The shelves often seem a bit threadbare. The worst part is that there is a gym upstairs, and people working out are always dropping 300 pound weights on the floor overhead, so it seems like a war zone in there. No wonder the poor employees can't be nice!
I ordered stepping stones earlier this year, they delivered to my house but 8. I went to Campbell store who told me that I had to call them or to this local store. I then called them , they promised to call me and delivered the 8 stepping stones. I waited and waited and never called back. I never called this store back again because it took so long to handle it every time. Back experience.
7 Large a little warehouse I. Customer service was pretty great. The 24 hour gym neighbor is very loud makes it feel like the place is gonna fall apart. The gym is caused the power to fluctuate at times. It startled my mom and she got anxious being there. Just so you know. Otherwise at various in place to go good selection and good customer service once again.
The workers are very nice, respectable..will answer any and all questions..I put my phone down somewhere in the store and asked a worker to call it so I could find it and she did.. very nice!!!
