I’m so confused about the release of the stimulus checks that the child-support is holding. They say they need to hold it 6 months but now say there having trouble how to send it out. I know if they put it on the SMIONE card they will charge use every time we get money off of it. So plan and simple you already logged on the payment so send out paper checks so we can get what these kids deserve from their deadbeat parents-that are behind on there support. The next stimulus check will be out soon then what you going to hold it 6 months to. Really. These kids need it just as much as everyone else. Thank you.

Be prepared to talk to multiple people every call for a few reasons. They’ll hang up on you midway through the call if they “feel like” they’ve answered your question”. Also because everyone’s answer seems to be different each call until you talk to someone actually in charge of them. If you’re the non custodial parent good luck, because with them you will be messed over. Someone needs to teach them how to shut up and listen without cutting you off so they could hear what it is you need in order to actually give you an answer relevant to your question. FYI to anyone new to this process KEEP ALL PAPERWORK and write down anyone’s name who you speak with smh. They have NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

Hate this place for one all they have you go up there for is to let you know how much more they be taking from you but yet fell to help the other parent to try to see there child since the custodial parent keep your child from seen them you let them know what can be done and all the lady said at the AG office well she has to let you see your child but all we really here for too see how much more they be taking from me by-weekly. I was shocked to hear that I figured I was at the AG office where there moto is we are here for the kid's and their well being but yet fell to help a father to see there child.
